An IT merchant analyses problems and tasks that need to be solved using IT- and telecommunications systems within a company. This means identifying the need for IT systems, creating software descriptions and training documents for users and coordinating the IT systems. In addition IT merchants procure the necessary hard- and software. Most of the training takes place at the PC in offices. The aim of training to become an IT merchant is to have mastery of the total range of commercial IT tasks upon successful completion of the training.
